Lima pasukan teratas iaitu India, Pakistan, Japan, Korea dan Malaysia layak secara automatik berdasarkan ranking dunia mereka. Manakala Bangladesh, Oman, Thailand, Uzbekistan dan Chinese Taipei menang kelayakan melalui Men’s Junior AHF Cup yang diadakan di Muscat, Oman pada Januari 2023.
Tiga pasukan teratas dari kejohanan ini, selain dari Malaysia yang mana telah layak selaku tuan rumah akan bertanding di FIH Men’s Junior Hockey World Cup 2023 pada 5-16 Disember 2023.
